Opening its doors in July 2015, Fox and The Barber owner Paul Fox and his team of expertly trained barbers offer an edited menu of high-quality grooming services for men, including straight razor shaves, beard trims and haircuts.

Echoing the aesthetic of traditional English public houses and barber shops. We offer a unique refuge for the urban gentleman along with a traditional western-centric experience in the center of Hong Kong.

Hair

The Wet Cut and Finish

A consultation and hair wash. The hair is then cut with scissors, clippers, or a combination of both followed by a conditioner and rinse. The hair is styled and product is applied.

The Father and Son

Father and son will be groomed to perfection with bespoke haircuts for each.

The Single Grade

A single electric clipper grade followed by a hair rinse.

The Head Shave with Blade

A straight razor shave for the head.

The Child Cut (Under 11 Years)*

Paul Fox is the Owner of Fox & The Barber and has been resident in Hong Kong since 2002. He began his career in Finance and in 2015 opened Fox & The Barber as an alternative to female salons for the discerning gentlemen of Hong Kong. He wanted to bring a bit of “Jermyn Street” to Soho. In 2017 he decided to leave his job in finance and retrain at the London School of Barbering and become a full-time Barber. He has been working at Fox & The Barber ever since and loves his second career in men's hairdressing.

Bradley Thornton is the shop manager at Fox & The Barber. He hails from Coventry in the UK and joined us in February 2019. He originally trained as a hairdresser in the UK and started working in different barber shops around Coventry before deciding to move with his wife to Hong Kong and make a new life for themselves overseas. Bradley offers many years of experience in the men's hairdressing business and his unique combination of lively personality and precise and on-point haircutting make him one of the best Barbers in Hong Kong.

Paul Rawling is a 40-year veteran of the Hair and Beauty business. He worked for many years at Harrods in London before meeting a guest at a wedding who persuaded him to come to Hong Kong to work for them. Paul has been working at Fox & The Barber for 7 years and has built a loyal following of clients from all walks of life. When he's not cutting hair, you can catch him playing the drums in a bar somewhere or walking his dogs on Mui Wo beach.

Erkan Erdem is Hong Kong's one and only truly authentic Turkish Barber. Hailing from Izmir in Turkey, Erkan has been in the Barber Business for over 30 years. The legend has it he was born carrying a straight razor in his hand. Erkan has worked at Fox & The Barber for 6 years and offers a truly Turkish barber experience. Erkan is a master with the straight razor and his infectious personality makes him a popular choice with our clients.

Jonathan Tam also known as JT has been at Fox & The Barber pretty much since 2015 when we opened our doors. JT was trained at The Toni & Guy academy and then moved to men's hairdressing when he joined us in 2015. JT has mastered his art over the years and offers the full range of men's haircuts and barbering services. JT is a skilled practitioner with the straight razor blade and loves to cut with a creative and stylistic approach to men's haircuts.
